Biography
I am Carissa Browning, a nutrition professional with a holistic approach to health and wellness. With 9 months of experience in student clinics, I value collaboration and believe in working as a team with my clients to create sustainable, balanced lifestyles. I am passionate about empowering others to develop a positive relationship with food and their overall well-being using evidence-based practice and putting a focus on client education.
Education
I studied for three years for my Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) at the Endeavour College of Natural Health, a school that focuses on Holistic Health. This three-year degree included student practical work at the student-run Endeavour Wellness Clinic, open to the public, under the supervision and guidance of professionals. I am currently looking into continuing my studies to further my development in the field and knowledge.
