What are the pricing options for consultations?
Dietitians on PolyNutrient offer two main types of services:
* One-time consultations: These are offered at a fixed, standardized rate across the platform to ensure fair access to quality care for all clients and give every specialist an equal opportunity.
* Subscription services: Dietitians can set their own prices for subscription packages and will clearly describe what their subscription service offers (e.g., weekly check-ins, personalized meal plans, ongoing support, etc.) to help you choose the best fit for your needs.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
You can manage your appointments with ease!
* Rescheduling: If you need to change the date or time of an appointment, simply contact our Live Chat support or email us. We're here to help you find a new slot that works for you, subject to your dietitian's availability.
* Cancellations: Please note that all payments for booked appointments are non-refundable, even if you cancel. We strongly encourage you to reschedule your appointment if possible, rather than canceling. Each dietitian will also have their own specific rescheduling policies, which you'll be able to review before confirming your booking.

Is my personal information and health data secure?

Can I use PolyNutrient for both online and in-person consultations?
Yes! PolyNutrient is built to support both virtual and in-person meetings. You can specify your preferred consultation methods on your profile, giving you the flexibility to manage your practice exactly how you want.
What tools and features does PolyNutrient offer dietitians?
We provide everything you need to run your practice efficiently in one place. This includes (but is not limited to):

Do I have to use PolyNutrient's built-in video conferencing for online meetings?
No, you have the flexibility to use your preferred online meeting application! Simply create your meeting link (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.) in your chosen app, and then place that link directly into the client's appointment details within the PolyNutrient platform. The client will then use this link to join your session. This ensures you can use the tools you're most comfortable and familiar with.

Do I need to use other apps or software if I use PolyNutrient?
PolyNutrient aims to be your all-in-one solution for practice management, allowing you to centralize most of your operations. While you'll still use your chosen external application for video conferencing (as detailed above), you won't need to juggle multiple separate apps for scheduling, client management, or payments, simplifying your workflow and saving you time.

How does PolyNutrient handle pricing and billing for dietitians?
PolyNutrient provides a streamlined payment processing system directly within the platform.
* One-time consultations are offered at a fixed rate determined by PolyNutrient, ensuring competitive positioning for all specialists.
* For subscription services, you have the flexibility to set your own pricing and define the specific services and benefits included in your subscription packages.

Is there a cost to join PolyNutrient as a dietitian?
It is free for dietitians to sign up and create a profile on PolyNutrient. We operate on a commission-based model: a percentage will be taken out of the total payment we collect from the client before we pay out your earnings. This means we only earn when you do! The specific commission percentage will be transparently outlined in your dietitian agreement.
